Cupcakes cu ciocolata cu capsune… sunt absolut perfecte, blatul nu e deloc umed, sunt parfumate si cremoase, delicioase si dau dependenta!! Eu le-am facut de doua ori in aceeasi zi si parca tot nu ne-am saturat 😀 Multumesc Andrada pentru reteta 🙂
Ingrediente:
- 85g ciocolata neagra
- 30g cacao
- 250ml cafea fierbinte (sau apa+1 lingurita cafea instant)
- 120g faina
- 150g zahar
- 6 linguri ulei
- 2 oua
- 2 lingurite zeama de lamaie
- 3/4 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1/2 lingurita praf de copt
- vanilie
- 1 praf de sare
- Se pune ciocolata rupta bucatele intr-un bol si se toarna cafeaua fierbinte. Eu am folosit si cacao instant in loc de cafea instant si a iesit perfect. Se adauga si cacaoa si se amesteca sa se omogenizeze. Se lasa sa se raceasca.
- Se adauga ouale, vanilia, uleiul si zeama de lamaie.
- Faina se amesteca cu zaharul, sarea, bicarbonatul si praful de copt si se toarna amestecul de oua peste faina, amestecand pana nu mai sunt cocoloase de faina.
- Se toarna in formele de muffins si se coc la 180C 15-10 minute.
- Cand sunt reci se scobesc usor cu un cutit si se umplu cu putin gem de capsune sau orice alt fruct va place.
- Se bate bine putina smantana naturala si se orneaza prajiturile, decorandu-le apoi cu o capsuna trasa in ciocolata.

Don’t you love these little cupcakes, loaded with chocolate and filled with a creamy, fragrant strawberry jam?! I sure do since I made them twice in one day! You’re gonna have to trust my word on this one… they are amazing, moist, creamy, fragrant and the list can go on… So just gather the ingredients and make them as soon as possible! You won’t regret it!
Ingredients:
- 85g dark chocolate
- 30g cocoa
- 250ml hot coffee (or water+1 teaspoon instant coffee)
- 120g plain flour
- 150g sugar
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions:
- Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl. Pour in the hot coffee and whisk until the chocolate has melted. Add the cocoa powder and mix well. Set aside to cool.
- When chilled, stir in the eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and oil and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour with salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ones and mix well. Pour the batter into muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
- When done, remove from oven and let them cool. Using a knife, make holes in each cupcake and fill it with strawberry jam or any other kind of jam according to your likings.
- Whip some heavy cream and decorate the cupcakes. Top with a chocolate coated strawberry.
