Mint is one of the flavors I feared the most, having tasted essential oils and mint crystals before. But I have discovered the charm of fresh mint and I am hooked to its delicacy. Fresh mint is not bold, but infuses a fresh, cooling aroma to every dessert. You could, of course, use mint extract or mint essential oil in this recipe, but I highly recommend you give it a try first as it is with fresh mint leaves and be mesmerized by it just the way I am!
