{Hazelnut Banana Spread}
This hazelnut banana spread is creamy and delicious, packed with nutty spiced flavor from the praline and Speculoos paste.
  • 170g praline paste
  • 85g Speculoos paste
  • 355g caramel chocolate, topita
  • 80g clarified butter
  • 270g roasted banana puree
  • 1g salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Turn the machine on and process until the mixture looks creamy and smooth.
  3. Transfer the pate a tartiner in glass jars and seal with the lid.
  4. Keep in the fridge or in a cooler place for up to 1 week.
