Moist Banana Brownies
  • 120g butter, melted
  • 120g dark chocolate, 70%
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 190g mashed bananas
  • 65g all-purpose flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 2g salt
  • 2g baking powder
  • 65g walnuts, slightly chopped
  1. Mix the melted butter (warm) with the chocolate until smooth.
  2. Separately, slightly whip the sugar with the eggs.
  3. Stir in the chocolate mixture then add the mashed banana.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix briefly with a spatula.
  5. Add the walnuts and mix.
  6. Transfer in a 18x18cm cake frame and bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool down then cut into small squares.
