“I’m gonna bake the most amazing muffins today” you say to yourself while walking towards the kitchen to start baking… and right when you have this awsome idea and you’re set on baking it, you realise you’re out of muffin cases. What do you do? If you’re like me, a baking addict, you improvise something 😉
You’ll need a muffin pan, baking paper sheets and a scissors. All you have to do is to cut small squares of baking paper and fit them inside each muffin case of your pan. If you like, you can grease the pan a little bit, to help them stick to it. They look very rustic and cute if you ask me and I’d dare to say they fit more the idea of muffin than the usual muffin store bought papers. I do not recommend using these for cupcakes though. Cupcakes have a very nice finish, very chic, which you can’t obtain using these improvised cases.

Vi s-a intamplat vreodata sa ramaneti fara hartiute de muffins cand va este lumea mai draga? Mie da… si  am gasit o solutie la indemana oricui… banala hartie de copt/hartie cerata 🙂
Aveti nevoie de o tava de muffins si hartie de copt. Taiati patratele potrivite ca marime, apoi indoiti-le astfel incat sa incapa in gaurile tavii de muffins. Ajutati-va de varfurile degetelor pentru a le potrivi inauntru. Pentru mai multa siguranta, ungeti tava de muffins cu unt inainte de a aseza hartiutele, astfel hartia de copt se va lipi de forma si veti putea turna compozitia de muffins mult mai usor. Au un aspect usor nefinisat, mai rustic, insa sunt tare simpatice si ofera o alternativa viabila clasicelor hartiute de muffin. Totusi, nu recomand aceste hartiute improvizate pentru cupcakes unde chiar avem nevoie de margini bine definite si de o suprafata frumoasa.
