O reteta pe cat de simpla, pe atat de buna. Si foarte versatila pe deasupra. Puteti folosi orice arome si fructe doriti, puteti chiar sa le scobiti si sa le umpleti cu vreo crema, ori chiar sa le puneti un mot dolofan de frisca si sa le numiti strengareste cupcakes. š
Ingrediente:
- 125g iaurt natural
- 150g zahar
- 2 oua
- 60ml ulei
- 350g faina
- 1 lingurita cu varf praf de copt
- 1/2 lingurita esenta vanilie
- 150g zmeura sau alte fructe
- Intr-un bol, mixati impreuna iaurtul, zaharul, ouale, uleiul si vanilia.
- Cerneti faina cu praful de copt si incorporati-o in compozitia de mai sus.
- Umpleti formele de muffins (eu am avut unele individuale, de unica folosinta, insa orice tava de muffins merge, atata timp cat aveti hartiutele speciale sau ungeti formele cu putin unt si acoperiti cu faina astfel incat prajiturile sa nu se lipeasca) trei sferturi, puneti cateva fructe de zmeura in fiecare forma, apoi coaceti la 180grC 20-25min sau pana trece testul scobitorii.
- Cand sunt gata, lasati sa se racoreasca, apoi pudrati cu zahar.
- Cum spuneam la inceput, puteti chiar sa le scobiti putin, sa le umpleti cu o crema si sa le imbracati in frisca sau alta glazura care va place.
- Noi le-am servit simple, cu un ceai alaturi. Pofta mare!!

I’ve been baking a lot lately using raspberries. I just love these little, delicate, soft fruits. They complement any dessert you can think of with their perfume and flavour.Ā These muffins in particular are so easy to mix and bake! Just dust these yogurt muffinsĀ with some powdered sugar, make a cup of tea and you’re set for anĀ afternoon snack. Of course, if you want something a bit more fancy, you can fill them with some vanilla cream, cover them with a nice, rich frosting and call them cupcakes. Either way, they are delicious! š
Ingredients:
- 125g plain yogurt
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 350g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g raspberries or any other fruits you like
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Separately, sift the flour with the baking powder and fold it in the rest of the ingredients just until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix it!!
- Line you muffin cases/pan with muffin papers, then fill the cases 3/4.
- Arrange the fruits on top of each muffin and bake at 180ĀŗC for 20-25mins or until it passes the toothpick test.
- Allow the muffins to cool down, then dust with some powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!!
