Moist Banana Brownies
These brownies are packed with banana flavor, but adding these fruits to the brownie batter adds not just flavor, moisture being another crucial component. So the final result is incredibly moist and fragrant!

dark chocolate

all-purpose flour

cocoa powder

baking powder

walnuts
slightly chopped
Instructions
Mix the melted butter (warm) with the chocolate until smooth.
Separately, slightly whip the sugar with the eggs.
Stir in the chocolate mixture then add the mashed banana.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix briefly with a spatula.
Add the walnuts and mix.
Transfer in a 18x18cm cake frame and bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
Cool down then cut into small squares.
