carob powder

Instructiuni
Place the dates in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them soak up for 2 minutes then drain well and place them in a food processor.
Add the mixed seeds, agave syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, a pinch of salt and carob powder and pulse until a paste forms.
Form small balls of this mixture and roll each of them through carob powder or shredded coconut if you prefer.
