Melt the chocolate then temper it.

Spoon the chocolate in a small piping bag. Cut a small hole at the end of the piping bag.

Pipe a small droplet of chocolate on a sheet of parchment paper then place a lollipop stick in the chocolate. Begin to make swirls of chocolate by gently applying pressure on the piping bag. You can make any design you want, intricate or not.

Sprinkle on top your desired toppings then allow to crystallize.
