Instructiuni
Prepare a 20x20 metal frame by lining it with vegetable oil and placing on a straight, rigid surface (a tray or chopping board).
Combine all the ingredients, except the butter in a pot.
Place over medium heat and cook until 121C.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter, one tablespoon at a time.
Remove the vanilla pod.
Pour into your mold and refrigerate to set for a few hours.
Cut into small pieces and wrap in parchment paper or foil.
