Homemade Vanilla Extract
Learn how to make your own vanilla extract at home with a flavor that bares no comparison to any other extract that you can buy at the store!
Ingrediente
- 5-10 vanilla beans (split lengtwise)
- 10 oz. alcohol (or as needed)
- 1 glass bottle
Instructiuni
- Place the beans and alcohol in a glass bottle.
- Seal the bottle and let the extract infuse for a minimum of 3 months before use.
Notes
Keep in mind that as you use the extract, you can still add more beans and fill the bottle back with alcohol from time to time.
