Reteta in sine e simpla si usoara insa rezultatul e peste asteptari.
Ingrediente
- 1 ou
- 65 g zahar alb granulat
- 10 g unt 82% grasime (cuburi)
- 100 g ciocolata neagra (tocata (70% cacao))
- 20 g faina alba 000
- 1 g sare
- 1 g praf de copt
- 35 g miez de nuca (tocata (optional))
- 25 g ciocolata alba (tocata (optional))
Instructiuni
- Incorporati ciocolata topita, apoi adaugati faina.
- Lasati fursecurile sa se raceasca in tava.
ENGLISH
I found these brownie cookies on Daily Delicious and it was love at first sight! So much chocolate, so soft and yet crunchy, so flavorful and rich! I just couldn’t resist them and instantly wrote them in my recipe notebook with a note to make them as soon as possible. And I didn’t have to wait for long as they were literally haunting me so with the first occasion when I turned my oven on I quickly made a batch. And oh boy, I was sorry for not making them earlier! They are everything I ever wanted from a chocolate cookie – crusty on the outside and gooey on the inside, loaded with chocolate and a few walnuts for an extra crunch. I’m going to make double batch next time as I barely got to taste one, that good they were!
Brownie Cookies
Ingrediente
- 1 egg
- 65 g white sugar
- 10 g butter (cubed)
- 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 20 g all-purpose white flour
- 1 g salt
- 1 g baking powder
- 35 g walnuts/hazelnuts (chopped (optional))
- 25 g white chocolate (chopped (optional))
Instructiuni
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and place aside.
- Mix the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt them together in the microwave or over a hot water bath.
- Combine the egg with sugar and mix with an electric mixer until tripled in volume, light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well then fold in the flour, followed by the walnuts and white chocolate. I only used walnuts for this batch.
- Spoon the dough on your prepared baking sheets and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes just until slightly crusty, but still soft.
- Remove the baking sheets from the oven and let the cookies cool in the pan before serving.
- Store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Wow these look so deep, dark, chocolatey and delicious! These are seriously my type of cookie.
Thank you Rachel! Always chocolate!
Really awesome Brownie Cookies. Absolutely YUM!
Thank you! Triple yum if I may add.
You had me at „so much chocolate” 🙂
I know, right? So much chocolate, I fell in love with the recipe rigth away.
Gosh I can so see myself making a dinner out of this with a huge chilled glass of milk!! Looks so deliciously chocolaty!
A glass of milk is perfect for these 🙂
Who doesn’t love a good brownie especially when it is in the form of a cookie? These look melt-in-your-mouth perfect. Can’t wait to find the opportunity to make them.
Thank you, Lynn. Let me know your thoughts if you make them.
Just got them out of the oven. They are perfect! 😀 Keep up the good work! Imi plac mult retetele tale.
Multumesc pentru incredere, Andra!
Could u convert the measurements please? ! I live in Texas USA and I do not know the conversions for grams into teaspoons or cups. ..
Moni, I recommend you to buy a kitchen scale. They’re cheap and reliable, very useful. To help you out, a cup of sugar has 200g, 1 cup of chocolate has about 150g, 1 cup of flour has 140g, 1 tablespoon of flour has between 15 and 20 g. As you can see, measuring by cup is far from being too precise and for these particular cookies, being precise in measurement is quite important for the final result.
Is this really 10g butter? If it is so this recipe is the most health cookie recipe ever 🙂
Yes, just 10g. I wouldn’t clasify them as healthy, but they sure are delicious!
Tried your brownie cookies tonight and it worked out really well. Before going dark chocolate was one of my favorite dishes and I think this comes really close. Definitely will make this again, thank you for the recipe, Olguta!
I had a similar brownie cookie at a restaurant recently and found myself craving it and wondering if I could recreate it today.
Buna!
