Amandina modernizata – ebook (online)

Amandina este una dintre prajiturile care mi-a marcat copilaria si tind sa cred ca si multora dintre voi. Simplitatea ciocolatei ma atragea constant sprea ea cand mergeam la cofetarie. Imi amintesc cu drag aroma de rom care umplea incaparea cand gustam din amandina. Dar gustul meu de astazi este complet diferit si toleranta mea la dulce s-a modificat considerabil fata de copilarie. Asa a aparut aceasta amandina modernizata care pastreaza gustul amandinei de atunci, dar are zahar (mult) mai putin si o textura mai fina, mai lejera. Crema de unt si fondantul au fost inlocuite cu variante mai putin dulci si cu o cantitate de grasime mai redusa. Regasim insa cu placere aroma romului, intensitatea ciocolatei si notele subtile de coaja de lamaie. Ori acestea sunt esenta amandinei, asta-i clar!
